The City recognizes that the maintenance of an adequate workforce will be one of <br /> • the most serious challenges that will face business and industry for much of the <br /> foreseeable future, and that the private sector and/or educational institutions will be <br /> primarily responsible for addressing and resolving workforce issues. However, the <br /> City is prepared to assist with such efforts by working collaboratively with others <br /> who are concerned about such issues.
