Community Facilities Analysis <br />frourrtim 0 <br />4.0 -iv crvueul <br />Page Four <br />Objective: To evaluate the existing location, scale and function of public <br />and quasi public facilities. <br />Products A survey report with text and graphics considered necessary to <br />explain the analysis. <br />Content: A review of existing parks and playgrounds, schools, churches, <br />and other public and quasi-public facilities as appropriate, with <br />projected needs based upon antic! •ated�rowth and recommended <br />standards pr„►tioW+s. <br />Phase 11 Goals, Policy and Standards <br />Objective: To establish community goals, policy, and standards against <br />which the plans will be formulated; such goals and policy to be <br />representative of the community at Inge, and standards to reflect <br />existing and projected characteristics. <br />Product: A written statement or resume of community consensus prepared <br />in draft form in twenty-five (25) copies and fifty (50) copies as <br />a chapter in the planning report (Phase ill). <br />1. Presentation by the CONSULTANT of a general outline <br />of subjects of which a consensus is needed. <br />2. Meetings between the CONSULTANT, the Village <br />Plannin3 Committee, and any citizen advisory groups as <br />deemed necessary by the Village to achieve she stated <br />objectives, but not to exceed the total number of meetings <br />as stipulated below. <br />Phase III Comprehensive Development Plan Update <br />The Comprehenslve Development Plan update will be en action oriented guide plan <br />based on the goals selected by the Village during the early phases of the study. The <br />update plan will show the Village how it might develop over the next decade, based <br />on the selected goals and the implementation of policies necessary to achieve these <br />goals. <br />
