Mr. Harstad kad already met witk about 40 residents on June 25/74 to disouss tkese problems. The residents at this time asked if a road oould be put tkrougk, going to Long Lake Rd., Mr. Harstad felt that its oould not do this because of the costs. Again Mr. Harstad stated ko could not do this, and chat legally he felt he would not be required to change his plans, and also it would mean a lose of time and money, to be required to do so.
