Re <br />Mr. Harstad tad already met wick about 40 residents on June 25/74 <br />to disouss tkese problems. The residents at this time asked if <br />a road ouuld be put through, going to Long Lake Rd., Mr. Harstad <br />felt that he oould not do this beoause of the costs. <br />Tke Commies }.on asked Mr. Ranted if he oould put a road through <br />to County Rd. H2, using Greenwood Dr. as a starting point, orat- <br />ing a jog at Oreonfood Dr. and Lousia, end than exiting on H2. <br />Again Mr. Harstad stated ko could not do this, and chat legally <br />he felt he would not be required to change his plans, and also <br />it would mean a lose of time and money, to be required to do so. <br />A lengthy discussion between tke Commission, Mr. Harstad and the <br />very concerned residents was held, and at tkis time the residents <br />expressed their feelings on the traffio pattern, drainage, land <br />soaping of the townhouses, and exterior appearances of the town- <br />houses. <br />recommend approval by the Council of tin <br />by Mr. Harstad, subject to the following <br />Review by the City Engineer of the drainage plans and <br />oontraotor conformance to correct the existing problems <br />in the currant plan. <br />Submission by ¥r. Harstad and approval by the Council, <br />of landscaping plan. for front and rear yards of the <br />townhouses. <br />*Submission by Mr. Harstad and approval by the Council, <br />of external appearance aketohea, showing oompatability <br />with neighboring single family homes. <br />Public hearing to be held by th. Council beoause of <br />ohangea since the previous hearing.. <br />MSP Houle/ Burggraft to <br />proposed Plat submitted <br />actions: <br />6 ayes. 2 ans.
