The development would i;~ciude a retail motorcycle eales <br />store wit}~ repaii and parts area as well as warehouse area, an electrical <br />contraatore shop and office, and a retail boat eales and repair shop, <br />Mr. Livingetun stated that they have tried to get Mr. Rose's help in <br />telling thenr what they would hava to do in order to conform with the <br />propoaed regulations. They laid out their plan with that in mind ineofar <br />ae setbacks, parking, etc. The eetUacka would provide £or 30 feet of <br />landecaped area along Silvar Lake Hd ae well as the Highwxy 10 area. <br />Hehind the ratail atore i.hey will. have facilities tn atora the crated <br />cyclos. Parking ia in the back and Lno Bringewatte, in addition <br />te these two parcels of land, owns the lana immediately to tbe Eaet <br />which is also zone~ commercial. What tiiey would like to do before <br />going further ie to find out if there are any objections. Mr. Xoae had <br />told him that what he would like to do is have an overall planned unit <br />for this triangle. Further, eventually they would like to put another <br />bulldin~ in with parking to the East where there is low land, which <br />', ~rould ba compacted and filled.
