It is bounded on tha south by single family resi-, <br />dentzal proporty on the opposite side of County Road H2, on the <br />east by Donatalle~s 5upper Club, on the west by Scotland Green <br />AparLmanCs anL on the north (across Hwy 10) by a servica station <br />and the tdounds View Civic Center. 'Cho proposul includes 20 iots <br />proposed for R-2 or duplexes in the southern portion, witli 9 <br />lots proposed for B-2 or limitad businsss located along H9ghway <br />10 and abutting Donatolles. Lot il of Block 1 is intended to be <br />suld to DmtaLall~'s to alleviate un existing parking problem. <br />The entire wooded aroa is located upon ntable soil and is p;ro- <br />posed for duplex or double bungalow construction witl~ the excap- <br />tion of Highway 1U frontage.
