The gas station has ~oen tharo for a numtex of <br />years, and they do not use their repair garage. Tliere is plenty <br />of purking. This would be strictly for auto repair by a renter. <br />Ms Haaka stated if it is go3ng to bo a rapair garaga, the+re has <br />to be soma rezoning. Mr Cherrier said they have the overh9ad <br />doors and nobody wants to rent it as a stora Fi8C8U59 of these <br />doors. <br />Ms Burmeister stated that the only way to go is to have a <br />razoning. Mr Cherrier said last summar thera was a repair busi- <br />~ ness in there. If we are going to look at this we should rezone, <br />but not as an appeal, tdr Foss indicat~d they should take into <br />consideration this garage abuts a gas sL•ation. It is surrounded <br />by other cummgrical type things.
