Ms Burmeister moved to recommand to the Council that they con- si.der all the ramifications of any interchange located in Blaine on New Hwp 7.0 es ~t relates to Mounds View, We would suggest an interchange possibly located at the area where 65 and New Hwy 10 would intorcapt, with a frontage road back to the east into Blain9's industrisl/business area. This mntion was secondad by Commiss3oner Pedox. Commissioner Gluzer moved to amend tha abova motion as follows: recommend to Counc3l that they join tha citizens~ task f~rce in opposition to tha ~unatructior a: ar.y ir.terchen~a in Blaine bet.v:ean Hwy,65 and 35W, because of its long-range ramifications.
