Hnwever, the SDM charge must be pald by the applicant. <br />The number of proposQA parking spaces is adEquate. <br />Official Rose reported that in the future, the City proposes to insta7l a ring road <br />system in the vacini~v of this ~ot site to ellminate curb cuts and access directly <br />off HighWay ia, and at the t9me this ring road system is 9mplemented, access off of <br />Hlghwa~y 10 to the 51te will be eliminated with the entrance coming from the south. <br />~ The location design of the driveway and parking area is good for this planned <br />future develnpment. <br />Mr. Budzynski stated that he also owns the lot to the east and p7ans ta renovate <br />the lot extensively and plans on building a business office in the future and will <br />be working with Offic9al Rose ta see wfiat is aTlowable.
