Employee off-street perking 1s to be 1lmited to the east <br />side and rear (north slde) of tha building. Eight unmarked off-street parking spaces <br />are avaitabte south of the buitding, with eight being rwqulred as per ordinance #!40.07 <br />subdivislqn H 19. Ordlnance M40,07, subdivisinn 8 L stetes, es they pertai~ to B-4 <br />deveiopments, that e11 parking stalls s~a11 be mnrked with white painted iines not <br />less tha~ four inches wide. Offic9a7 <br />Ruse replled that it wes not necessary 1n this c4se but that it was up to the Comnission. <br />Gary Korf, owner of Horse end Rider steted that he woutd like to expedlte the addit7on <br />,.:,, as rtwnh as possible. He added tMe~t they ere presently heving water problems in the <br />'wenr and plan to raise the floor of the additlon to alleviate the water problem. <br />~Comn.
