Both the proposed corner <br />1ot and interior 1ot meet minimum frantage and area requirements. Official Rose <br />added that presentiy Lapurt Drive is platted but is without fu11 Improvements. <br />Official Rose stated tliat Parcel A ha5 sewer and water improvements availabie <br />in Long Lake Road, white Parcel B has only sewer improvements in an unimpPOVed <br />street without water.
