Pajak pointed out that the survey does not ehow the indentation of <br />the smaller garage. <br />MSP (Goebel-Glazer) to recommend Co the Council that they accept the <br />diviaion in the aenter and requirP the cloaing o£ the lar.ge garag3 door <br />and plaeing of a amaller door on the garage, nnd grant a variance af <br />b35 square Eeat, w±th removal of the garage door on the eaet end and <br />removal of the chieken coup. There is a 5' eaeement on the J.ot lines <br />nnd the owner is aware that lf he is infringing on the easement, it will <br />be hia reaponeibility to either move the garage or take care of any <br />repair resulting from bei.ng on tt~e easement. <br />Co~iseion Member Goebel ~xplsined that he had made the motion bueed on <br />Che fact that the garage hae been there for a long time.
