Pajak pointed out that the survey does not ehow the indentation of the smaller garage. MSP (Goebel-Glazer) to recommend Co the Council that they accept the diviaion in the aenter and requirP the cloaing o£ the lar.ge garag3 door and plaeing of a amaller door on the garage, nnd grant a variance af b35 square Eeat, w±th removal of the garage door on the eaet end and removal of the chieken coup. There is a 5' eaeement on the J.ot lines nnd the owner is aware that lf he is infringing on the easement, it will be hia reaponeibility to either move the garage or take care of any repair resulting from bei.ng on tt~e easement.
