At that tima, Mr. <br />8lgenheer requested a subdiviaion of one lot into 20 <br />lots providing accass via Edgawood ~riva and an internal <br />strae2 scheme. The Planning Commission denied the <br />raquest because 2he poxtion of the plan which called <br />for razoning of five iots along County Road i from <br />R-1 to R-2 wcs undasirable.
