Glazer volced opposition ~regarding the dredging <br />of the pond and zero lot lines. <br />Jerry Foster, Kraus-Anderson, stated that they were <br />propasing a 72 untt residerttfal bu11d4ng for the e]derly. <br />Also a medtcal office building, retail offtce, office, <br />and sit down restaurant and across the street, two more <br />office buitdings. He seld that they are entering 9~to an <br />agreement, wtth Health CPntral to provlde a medlcal ofHce <br />bul1ding for the elAerly. <br />Comnissioner Warren asked why the resldential buildtng for <br />~ <br />the elderly was plac~d ~n Highwey 10, She voiced concern <br />regarding the heatth of the senior cttlzens (t.e. noise, <br />fvmes, trafftc). COmmtsstoner McCarkhy stated that <br />nrlglnally they wanted that unit down b,y the ponding area. <br />
