Mr. Haas <br />~', also stated Chat they would try to save as many <br />_. of the Oak trees as possible. <br />Pate Ven Nauer, General Counsel~ Heatth Central, <br />made a presentation of Health Central services. <br />He stated that Health Central operates Un1ty <br />Hospital. He discussed the HUD 202 Program. <br />Rossible signallzation that wi11 be needed, was <br />discussed. <br />Councilmember Forslund discussed changes that had <br />been made W the Concept Plen. <br />Consuiting Engineer, ~aniel Boxrud, diccussed the <br />chenges thnt had been made to the roads. <br />'~, <br />~' <br /> <br />FJptton/Sec~; McCarthy/M111er moved to accept <br />Resolutlon No. 25-81, with the foltowing addi±ion: <br />after the 5th Nhereas, add on to the end of ~2; <br />"w4th meJor parking lot of R-4 unit being moved <br />to west end of building causing building to be <br />moved more to south of 1ot. Also that a N6 he <br />added to read "relocate curb cut on the east building <br />located above County Rced I northerly to circle of <br />the bu11d1ng to offer additional stacking for the <br />drive-through. Decibei levels were dlccussed in'length. <br />Mr. Walter Butler made a lengthly presentation on <br />different declbel levets. He talked about HUD <br />Stendards. He showed grapMcs with dii`ferent <br />decibel leveis. He stated that no4se would be <br />get:arated mosCly on the south side of the bullding. <br />He stated that the noise decibels would Ee mostly <br />less than 55 decibets. further thet there were no <br />windows mi the north side of the bulldinc~ and only <br />tvro doors which were required by the fire Marshal <br />to cut dpwn on the nolse.
