Official Rose replied that it wou18 noC <br />be a problem ae they were raquired by the code and <br />the applicant aould not get approval or a building <br />permit without meeting these raquirements. <br />Commieeioner Breske asked if ary trees would be planted <br />that would reanain gree¢~ year round, Mr. Erickeon peinCed <br />out that all acreening was called out on the new plan, <br />including aize and apec. <br />Oommissioner Glaaer added that the only tree that wauld <br />remain green year round would he effected by the eaYt <br />uaed on the roads during the wintez, and thus would not <br />be euiCable. <br />Chairperaqn Mountin asked if e redwood fence would bE <br />adequate soreening, in addition to the shruba on the <br />~~"anorth and -~aet. 6fficial Rose replied thut either <br />`~ye„/fenr.ing or burming and pJ.antinge ere required by code. <br />Mr. Erickeon added that the plantinga woald genexally <br />be more apgealing.
