Although'he stated he would yo along with <br />a motion in ita favor, 1E ne,oessary to get a reaoluti~n <br />allowi;ig for a publia hcarinq an3 re=_j.3ent input on the <br />matter. <br />Commieaioner Millar asked that an item 6 be adde3 to the <br />~ reaolution, to rQAd "The 9rading plan be altesed so as <br />~~ to provide 0,46'acre feet of atarage (22,000 cubic feet) <br />with.,a combined outflow fzom tha ponding sites of 1.0 <br />cubio feet per aecond. ~fhe two ponds ahould be inter- <br />connected so that one pipe would ba the control struc- <br />ture to ~ha highway ditch, and the outlet pipe ahould <br />be rainforced concrete pipe."; as recommanded by Dan <br />Boxrud. , <br />Official nose atated that Mr, eoxrud w~s addressiny the <br />development as a whole, whereae Mr. Erickson and the <br />Rice Creek Waterahed Dietrict were addreasing it as an <br />individual development. <br />Cauneilmember Forelund asked that the reaolution be <br />ahanged on hhe 4th "Wharea~" to indicate that the City <br />had received tho plan on October 15, 1979. <br />Chairperson Mountin stated that the developer has been <br />informed that future development of the praperty will <br />require a aubdivision. Mr. Erickaon asked if a re- <br />zoninq pr~cess wae necessary for duwnzoning the property. <br />Chairporaon Mountin :aplied that the Planninq Commission <br />would like the developer to inStiate a requeaC for down- <br />zoning. official kose added that rho bankinq Eaoility <br />ia allowable in 8-'s zoning as well as in e•-2, and that <br />,' ~the developer could petition for downzoning. <br />~~Mr. Erlekeon atated that he felt he was getting negative <br />foedback from the Planning C~mmiaeion on the naw propoeal, <br /> <br />
