He explained that if the property <br />rr.maine R-3, Raymond Avenue would have to go all <br />the way through to County Road H2, whereae if it <br />is rezoned to I-1, there would be no cut through <br />to Fi-2. He added they feel there ia very good <br />expoaure to the property, due to the location <br />of 35W ancl tlighway 10, that it would be best <br />sui.ted for induetrial and co~ercial, which <br />would not generate the heavy traffic tha.t an <br />~ R-3 development wauld. <br /> <br />
