He advised that the devaloper hae provided the <br />$7.,000 bond, and Mr. Licht has submitted hie report, <br />Mr. Licht, of Northweat Asaociated Consultante, Inc., <br />reviewed hie report concerning the Kinder Care proposal, <br />and resented the proposed site plan. He summarized, <br />etat~ng they would reco~end approval of a conditional <br />uae permit eub,ject to a noise barrier being provided, <br />sdditional landecaping, the traeh encloaure being <br />relocated 15 feet west, a loading berth being desig- <br />nated, a variance being granted to exempt the parking <br />~ and loading area from eatback requiremente, and the <br />cenCer beittg in conformance k~i.th the rules and regu- <br />latlone of the DPW Rule No, 3. <br />
