Chairman <br />Mountin reminded tha Coumiesionera that when the <br />zoning ia proper and the applicant can meet all the <br />requirementa, the conditional uae permit ahould not <br />be denied. <br />Mr, Jenaen etated thia wea the fourth time they have <br />been before the City, and each time they have come <br />in prepared wi.th what ia required, they have been <br />asked to wait gnother meeting. Ae stated the <br />conatructien aeason is getting very short and asked <br />how long it would be before the City could provide <br />them with an anewer. <br />Chai.rman Mountin noted they must resolve the conflict <br />wiCh the Compr.ehensive Plan.
