He a@ded the Planning <br />Commission has been reviawing the request for the paet <br />few months and it ie a difficult question to resolve. <br />At the last agenda eession, Staff wr~s directed to <br />prepare a reeolution denying the requeat. <br />Jim Iesaceon, Aset, v'ice Preaident with the First <br />State Bank of New Brightor.., Mounda View Office, <br />explained that due to the aize of the lot, there is <br />a need £or more maintenanr_e equipment there than at <br />~' the other facilities, such as the ridin$ lawn mower., <br />ianow bl.ower, and ao £urth. The main bank and Shore- <br />-- vi+w faci.lity do nat have ~ny facilities for atorage, <br />and the maintenance man is prer~ently storing most <br />of the equipment in the hack of the bank ~r~n. <br />Gary Peck, Caa~+.ier with the Firat o"tate Bank of <br />New Brighton, explained tli~re is no space availabla <br />at the New 9righLen f.acility to store the equipment, <br />and Mcunde View hae considerable ooen apace to pnt <br />a building up, vrith an open corner that would be <br />wall suited. He ndded the usage of the building <br />would be during the daytime only, £rom $ AM to 5 PM, <br />wiCh the bank van to be tnken out in the mcrning <br />and returned late in the afternoon. <br />Ray Schutta, the maintenattce man for the Firet State <br />Bank of New Brigflton, szated he is storing the benk <br />equipment in che back o£ the van preaently, and much <br />of Che equipment, incLudi.ng tfie riding lawn moweY, is <br />used at the Mounds View facility only.
