<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 102-84 <br />PAGE THREE OF THREE <br /> <br />line shall revert back to and become part of the <br />property owned by the Sands Apartments. <br /> <br />7) A conditional use permit for the construction of the <br />development proposed using the residential Planned Unit <br />Development sections of the Municipal Zoning Code; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notification to the <br />Commissioner of Natural Resources be given of the conditional use <br />permit prior to submittal to the Council for public hearing <br />purposes; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a development agreement be <br />entered into between the City and the developer which includes the <br />following provisions: <br /> <br />a) Exhibits: <br /> <br />1) site grading and utility plan <br />2) site development and landscape plan <br />3) site survey <br />4) color photographs of proposed development <br />5) easement map <br />6) legal description <br />7) Ordinance No. 49A 7-year performance bond of $1,000 <br />8) building plans and specifications <br /> <br />b) Security for the development in an amount to be <br />determined. <br /> <br />c) Exhibit 2A to require the following: <br /> <br />1) Payment of all City expenses above and beyond amounts <br />previously submitted. <br /> <br />2) Other items as may be required by the City Council. <br /> <br />d) Fencing, not less than 42 inches in height, be <br />constructed from the ends of the northernmost garage <br />building to the east and west property lines with a gate <br />for snow Temoval purposes. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission directs staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 7th day of March, 1984. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />4:r-Jd~~. <br /> <br />Chalrm <br /> <br />~ /. <br />- 9/j~ dd <br /> <br />DIrector of Public Works/ <br />Community Development <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
