<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. l37A-85 <br />PAGE THREE OF THREE <br /> <br />I. Trees and shrubs shall be properly maintained to provided <br />an adequate visual buffer from the residential property. <br /> <br />2. Garbage cans and trash shall be located inside the <br />concrete block trash enclosure which shall include a <br />gate that one cannot see the trash through. <br /> <br />3. Hours of operation shall be at a maximum 7:00 a.m. to <br />10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />4. Lighting shall be hooded and shall be a maximum of 10 <br />feet high. <br /> <br />5. An attendant shall be on duty during the hours of <br />operation. <br /> <br />6. Sign shall be flush mounted on the north side of the <br />building. <br /> <br />7.
