<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 163-86 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 192-86, <br />SPECIALIZED CONCRETE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING, JEFF NIELSEN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jeff Nielson has requested City approval to <br />construct a 40,700 square foot building at 4807 Mustang Circle; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, construction of this building, as requested, <br />requires development and conditional use permit approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the staff <br />report and reviewed information submitted by the applicant which <br />includes the following: <br /> <br />I. Development plan <br />2. Site survey <br />3. Evidence of site control; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has also reviewed this <br />proposal and it is in conformance with all Chapters of the <br />Municipal Code, specifically Chapters 40, 42, 49 and 49A and <br />State Statutes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the development is being reviewed by the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the development and <br />conditional use permit contingent on the items listed in <br />development agreement Exhibit 2A, approval by Rice Creek <br />Watershed District and the Hinnesota Department of Natural <br />Resources; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends that a development agreement be entered <br />into between the City and the developer which includes the <br />following: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Exhibits: <br /> <br />a) Site, grading, lighting, landscaping and <br />utility plan <br />b) Development plan <br />c) Site survey <br />d) Legal description <br />e) Ordinance No. 49A 7-year performance bond <br />of $1,000 <br />f) Building plans and specifications <br />
