<br />RESOLUTION NO. 163-86 <br />Page Two of Two <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. Security for the development in an amount to be <br />determined by the City Council. <br /> <br />3. Exhibit 2A to require the following: <br /> <br /> a) <br /> b) <br /> c) <br /> d) <br /> e) <br /> f) <br /> g) <br /> h) <br /> i) <br /> j ) <br />. k) <br /> <br />Paved parking areas shall use B618 curbing. <br />Developer shall secure approval from Rice Creek <br />Watershed District. <br />Two handicapped parking spaces shall be installed. <br />The building shall have a sprinkler system. <br />Concrete cross curb and gutter shall be installed <br />at the street entrances. <br />Parking spaces shall be a minimum of 9 feet by 20 <br />feet. <br />A minimum of 90 parking spaces shall be installed. <br />Developer shall secure approval from the Minnesota <br />Department of Natural Resources. <br />Permanent structures shall not be installed on the <br />utility easement. <br />Storm water plan shall be approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />Lighting shall be hooded and not visible from the <br />street. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends to the City Council approval of a <br />conditional use permit which includes the following: <br /> <br />I. If repairs, maintenance or construction work is <br />necessary in the utility easement, the property owner <br />shall be responsible for the costs of removing any <br />improvements made in the easement area and restoring <br />the easement area. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission direct staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />Adopted this 4th day of June, 1986. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br /> <br />~"'~k <br /> <br />Director of pUbtIc Works/ <br />Community Development <br />
