Boundary.Survey; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the preliminary plat, narrative statement, and application for <br />Greenfield Estates submitted by Harstad, and staff reports dated <br />July 10, 1987 and found the proposal to be consistent with all <br />applicable local and state codes and regulations. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Mounds View recommends approval of the following <br />requests by Harstad Company, <br /> <br /> 1. <br /> 2. <br /> 3. <br /> 4. <br />. 5. <br /> 6. <br /> 7. <br /> <br />Preliminary plat for Greenfield Estates. <br /> <br />Amendment of the boundaries of Wetland No. 1-19. <br /> <br />Wetland alteration permit. <br /> <br />Variance to allow construction and 100 foot wetland <br />setback. <br /> <br />Vacation of access of Hillview Road right-of-way. <br /> <br />Park land dedication credit as determined by the City Council. <br />Conditional Use Permit for work in the flood plain. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said approval be conditioned <br />upon the following: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />a. Concrete curb and gutter be installed along the <br />entire length of Edgewood Drive from County Road <br />I to Hillview Road. <br /> <br />b. Minimum basement elevation of 905. <br /> <br />c. Low point in Edgewood Drive to be no higher than <br />903.4. <br /> <br />d. Two outlots, namely Outlot A and Outlot B be created <br />to encompass all wetlands remaining after alteration <br />for conveyance to the City. <br /> <br />e. Provision of the following additional information. <br /> <br />1) Soil loss data <br /> <br />2) Reseeding plan <br /> <br />3) Boundary Survey <br />
