General Concept Plan <br />2. Development Stage <br />3. FInal Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Developer shall enter into a development <br />agreement wIth the City of Mounds Vl.ew; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has revIewed the Staff <br />recommendation and informatIon submltted by the applicant WhICh <br />includes the following: <br /> <br />1. SIte Master Plan dated October 26, 1989. <br />2. Boundary and topographic survey (west) dated December <br />8, 1989. <br />3. Site plan (west). <br />4. Landscape plan (west). <br />5. Grading, draInage and utlllty plans (west) dated <br />December 13, 1989. <br />6. PrelIminary plat of Mounds View Business Park West <br />dated December 12, 1989. <br />7. Prellmlnary site llghtlng plan (west). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applIcant has submItted a project that meets <br />the reqUIrements of City Code Chapter 40.24, Subd. C(2), <br />cOffimerclal or lndustrial planned unIt development; and <br />
