<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 277-90 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided the information <br />required by Chapter 40.24, Subd. E(l), general concept stage; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning CommISSIon has reviewed the Concept <br />Plan taking into consIderatIon Chapter 40.24, Subd. D(2); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the on-sIte <br />circulatIon, there being no public streets or pedestrIanways <br />proposed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning CommIssion has rev1ewed the locat1on <br />and extent of the pondlng areas proposed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Comm1sslon has revIewed the land use <br />proposed and recognIzes it is approprIate given the sIte zonIng <br />and is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the PlannIng <br />CommIssIon of the City of Mounds View recommends rezonIng the <br />area 1n questIon to PUD and recommends approval of the concept <br />stage of the PUD contingent upon the follow1ng: <br /> <br />1. Perm1ts from the Rice Creek Watershed District, Army <br />Corps of Engineers, and Department of Natural <br />Resources are applied for and approved. <br /> <br />2. The applicant present alternatIve sIte plans <br />addreSSIng the following: <br /> <br />a) AlIgnment of Jackson Drive with the most westerly <br />driveway. <br /> <br />b) Access between sites must be evaluated. <br /> <br />c) Truck traff1c along County Road H-2 must be <br />evaluated. <br /> <br />d) The applicant pursue control of site access to <br />Woodale Dr1ve. <br /> <br />3.
