The common wall dividing the two dwelling units shall conform to all required <br />building and fire code specifications and shall be subject to an inspection by the <br />City's building inspector prior to City Council action on this request. If said wall <br />does not meet applicable codes, the applicant shall be responsible for making all <br />necessary improvements before the signing and recordation of the resolution and <br />certificate of survey takes place. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall record the final resolution, revised Certificate of Survey, and <br />drainage and utility easement documents with Ramsey County within sixty (60) <br />days of final adoption, and present proof of such recording to the City of Mounds <br />View, or this approval shall be null and void. <br /> <br />5.
