Of) Feet of Lot 119, <br />Spring Lake Park Jlillview, Omnty of Ramsey <br /> <br />WH EREAS, there is currently a 480 square-foot garage and a 130 square-foot shed on <br />this lot; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Mounds View Zoning Code allows, with a conditional use permit, up to <br />1,400 square feet of garage/accessory building space on one lot; and <br /> <br />\VIIEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding <br />this proposal: <br /> <br />a. Planning Application <br />b. Zoning Map <br />c. Site Plan <br />d. Location Map <br />e.
