Vehicular safety has been considered and should not be adversely affected in that the rear <br />setback of the proposed garage would be 24 feet from Park View Terrace and the home <br />itself is set back 40 feet from Hodges Lane, preserving adequate sightlines on both right of <br />ways. <br /> <br />9. The decreased setback for the proposed garage would not be disturb any setback <br />uniformity in that there is a lack of consistent or uniform building setbacks due to the <br />presence of cul-de-sacs and the curvilinear design of the street system. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission approves the variance request for an I8-foot front yard, corner-lot setback for a <br />proposed garage expansion at 2741 Hodges Lane, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br />I.
