MIOO-003 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Richard Cary, representing property owners Sharlee and Peter Cleveland, has <br />requested approval of a minor subdivision of 8480 Eastwood Road, property zoned R-l, Single <br />Family Residential, and legally-described as follows: <br /> <br />The north 175 feet (measured at right angles to the north line thereof) of the following <br />described tract; that part of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section 6, Township 30 <br />north, Range 23 west described as follows; Beginning at a point 1584 feet east and 2835 <br />feet north of the southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter, thence west parallel with <br />the south line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 264 feet; thence north and parallel <br />with the west line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 537. 98 feet; thence east on the <br />north line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 264 feet, thence south parallel with the <br />west line of sold Northeast Quarter c distance of 529. 05 feet to the point of beginning, <br />excepting therefrom the north 33 feet thereof and also excepting the east 25 feet thereof. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to subdivide the west 100 feet from the lot to create a <br />buildable lot fronting County Road J (North County Line) with a proposed legal description as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The west 100 feet of the north 175 feet (measured at right angles to the north line <br />thereof) of the following described tract; that part of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of <br />Section 6, Township 30 north, Range 23 west described as follows; Beginning at a point <br />1584 feet east and 2835 feet north of the southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter, <br />thence west parallel with the south line of sold Northeast Quarter a distance of 264 feet; <br />thence north and parallel with the west line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of <br />537.98 feet; thence east on the north line of said Northeast Quarter 0 distance of 264 <br />feet; thence south parallel with the west line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of <br />529.05 feet to the point of beginning, excepting therefrom the north 33 feet thereof. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision and has determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1104, 1201, and 1202 of <br />the Municipal Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the applicant's request for a minor <br />subdivision is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Survey for the above described property; and, <br />
