<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />MOllNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLlJTION NO. 680-01 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION 633-00, A <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES FROM THE MOUNDS VIEW ZONING <br />CODE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN OFFICE BlJILDING AT 7664 <br />GREENFIELD AVENUE; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE VROO-007. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 13, 2000, the Planning Commission approved a variance from <br />the Zoning Code requirements for the property located at 7664 Greenfield Avenue, property <br />zoned B-3, Highway Business, and legally-described as foJlows: <br /> <br />Lot 30. Block 3. Greel~/leld Plat 2.1::'(ceplthe North J 0 Feellhelw!/,: Ramsey COllnly. Minncsota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after the site plan for the development located on the subject property had <br />been approved, it was discovered that the setback of the driveway onto County Road I did not <br />meet the minimum requirement of 50 fect; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as originally proposed, the sctback of the driveway was 37 feet from the <br />intersection; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 13,2001 the City Council approved a revision of the site plan <br />which relocated the access from County Road I to Greenfield A venue; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the setback of the relocated access onto Greentield Avenue is 39 feet from <br />the intersection, two feet further away than originally proposed yet stiJl inconsistent with City <br />Code requirements; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held regarding this variance amendment on <br />Wednesday, December 13, 2001; and, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />tinds that the hardship criteria articulated in Resolution 633-00 (included herein by reference) <br />apply to this amendment in addition to the following: <br />
