It was the consensus of the Council to have Clerk/ Administrator Pauley advise I.U.O.E. Local 49 that their request to bargain separately with the City of Mounds View is rejected and that consistent with the provisions of M.S. 179A.14, Subdivision 2, the City chooses to negotiate the 1989 contract through the MAMA joint bargaining group. Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported Building F has 2g, been completed at the Mounds View Business Park, with the exception of some lease holder improvements being made by Bakers Square, and requested authoriza- tion to sign the Certificate of Completion.
