Mr. Minetor explained <br />the development agreement is used as security and <br />once the project is developed, they would not have <br />the security left. He also stated they could not <br />get security into perpetuity. It was agreed to <br />incorporate the language "The developer agrees to <br />develop and maintain the property in the same or <br />similar condition outlined in the exhibits <br />identified" to the development agreement. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Blanchard to approve <br />Resolution NO. 2507, authorizing the Clerk/Admini- <br />strator and Mayor to execute Development Agreement <br />No. 89-89 with Kentucky Fried Chicken, incorporating <br />the language stated above, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Paone to approve Resolution <br />No. 2508, authorizing the Clerk/Administrator and <br />Mayor to execute Development Agreement No. 89-88 <br />with Taco Bell, incorporating the language listed <br />above, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Ms. Hren explained this is a standard contract for <br />a development agreement, and she will see that the <br />language concerning landscaping is incorporated. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Wuori to approve Resolution <br />No. 2509, authorizing the Clerk/Administrator and <br />Mayor to execute Development Agreement No. 89-90 <br />with Dynamic Designers. incorporating the language <br />listed above, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mr. Minetor reported the City has received a request <br />for a crosswalk to go across Silver Lake Road to <br />serve Woodcrest Park.
