Z0, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br />The Mounds View City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Hankner at 7:O1 PM on Monday, August 28, 1989. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT; Councilmembers Wuori, Quick, <br />Blanchard, Paone and Mayor Hankner. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Clerk/Administrator Pauley, Public <br />Works Director Minetor and City Planner Hren. <br />Motion/Second: Paone/Quick to approve the August <br />14, 1989 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Hankner read proposed Resolution No. 2528, <br />commending aquatics supervisor Kelley Lindquist <br />for his service to the City, and wishing him well <br />in his endeavors. <br />Motion/Second: Wuori/Quick to adopt Resolution No. <br />2528, commending aquatics supervisor Kelley Lindquist <br />for his service to the City. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Hankner read proposed Resolution No. 2481, <br />commending City Forester Richard Wriskey for his <br />efforts and accomplishments with Tree City USA. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Paone to adopt Resolution <br />No. 2481, commending City Forester Richard Wriskey <br />for his efforts. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Hankner presented <br />and Mr. Wriskey. <br />the awards to Mr. Lindquist <br />1.
