Mounds View City Council August 14, 1989 Regular Meeting Page Seven ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Motion/Second: Blanchard/Quick to award the contract for the Mounds View Business Park South public improve- ments to the low bidder, Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc., in the amount of their bid for the alternate bid total of $545.903.93.. 5 ayes 0 nays Clerk/Administrator Pauley clarified that if the School Board does not agree to the right of way ease- ment, the City could issue a change order to take it out of the bid. Mr. Minetor, who just rejoined the Council meeting after attending the School Board meeting, reported the School Board agreed to the concept of the extension of Woodale Drive, and they directed their Staff to work with the City Council in getting that implemented. They also agreed to the wetland restoration and again directed their staff to work with the City Council. Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated he would place the wetland alteration on the August 28 agenda. Ms. Hren explained the Council had approved a zero 13. • lot line subdivision for Wally Bauer earlier this year, but two items were missing from the resolution when he tried to have it recorded with the County, and she reviewed proposed Resolution No. 2520. Motion/Second: Quick/Wuori to approve Resolution No. 2520, amending Resolution No. 2483 to add Ramsey County recording requirements regarding zero lot line subdivision request by Wally Bauer, 2565/ 2567 County Road I, and waive the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained this is the second draft of the contract for private redevelop- ment of Mounds View Business Park South• and he is not asking for Council action tonight. He reviewed the document and timetable, stating it would be placed on the August 28 agenda. Attorney Karney has also received a copy to review. Mr. Brager reviewed data supplied by the Citizens League relative to their 1989 property tax survey, • and he reviewed the percentages of property taxes which go to the various jurisdictions and how they have changed between 1988 and 1989.
