Mounds View City Council August 14, 1989 <br />Regular Meeting Page Seven <br />----------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Quick to award the contract <br />for the Mounds View Business Park South public improve- <br />ments to the low bidder, Glenn Rehbein Excavating, Inc., <br />in the amount of their bid for the alternate bid total <br />of $545.903.93.. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley clarified that if the <br />School Board does not agree to the right of way ease- <br />ment, the City could issue a change order to take it <br />out of the bid. <br />Mr. Minetor, who just rejoined the Council meeting <br />after attending the School Board meeting, reported the <br />School Board agreed to the concept of the extension <br />of Woodale Drive, and they directed their Staff to <br />work with the City Council in getting that implemented. <br />They also agreed to the wetland restoration and again <br />directed their staff to work with the City Council. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated he would place the <br />wetland alteration on the August 28 agenda. <br />Ms. Hren explained the Council had approved a zero 13. <br />• lot line subdivision for Wally Bauer earlier this <br />year, but two items were missing from the resolution <br />when he tried to have it recorded with the County, <br />and she reviewed proposed Resolution No. 2520. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Wuori to approve Resolution <br />No. 2520, amending Resolution No. 2483 to add <br />Ramsey County recording requirements regarding zero <br />lot line subdivision request by Wally Bauer, 2565/ <br />2567 County Road I, and waive the reading. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained this is the <br />second draft of the contract for private redevelop- <br />ment of Mounds View Business Park South• and he is <br />not asking for Council action tonight. He reviewed <br />the document and timetable, stating it would be <br />placed on the August 28 agenda.
