<br />. 11 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 695-02 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF' MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT <br />REVIEW FOR A SIX UNIT TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT LOCATED ON <br />SILVER LAKE ROAD, SOUTH OF THE SILVER VIEW APARTMENTS <br />(PLANNING CASE NO. DE02-003) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mike Juaire ofPMJ Group, Inc. has applied for a development review to <br />construct a six (6) unit housing facility on Silver Lake Road south of the Silver View Apartments; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned R-3, Medium Density Residential, and is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Su~ject to Silver /,ake Road, the North 133feet (~lLot 56, Auditor's Suhdivision No. ?:i9 <br />Ramsey COZl1lZv, State C?f Jv!illllesota, except the West 2 j 6. 6feet there(d' <br /> <br />. WHEREAS, according to Section 1006.06 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, any new <br />construction or expansion of existing facilities requires the approval of a development review; and, <br /> <br />WH EREAS, according to the Zoning Code, medium density housing is an allowed use in <br />R-3 zoning districts; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding <br />this proposal: <br /> <br />1. Zoning Map <br />2, Application <br />3. Memo from Applicant <br />4. Site Plan <br />5. Floor Plan <br />6. Elevation Drawmgs <br />7, Certificate of Survey <br />8. Resolution 695-02 <br />9. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the memo provided by the applicant indicates that the proposed building <br />. would be approximately 1,750 square feet per unit; and, <br />
