<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. 1 <br /> <br />Rcsolution 695-02 <br />Apri 1 I 7, 2002 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the number of parking stalls provided, four (4) per unit, is more than the <br />minimum allowed, three (3) per unit, in the Zoning Code for this type of facility. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development satisties all applicable requirements of the Zoning <br />Code; and, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission <br />does hereby recommend that the City Council approve the development review request for the <br />construction of a six-unit housing facility located on Silver Lake Road south of the Silver View <br />Apartments, subject to the following stipulations: <br /> <br />I. The applicant shall obtain a permit from Ramsey County for any and all work to be <br />performed within the Silver Lake Road right of way, including but not limited to the <br />proposed access drive onto County Road I. <br /> <br />2.
