ZC02-003 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Martin Harstad, representing propeliy owners Keith and <br />Diane Harstad, has applied to rezone 66 platted townhome lots within the Red Oak Estates No.3 <br />subdivision located at the southwest comer of Long Lake Road and County Road H2, said lots <br />being legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1 - 52 And Lots 59 - 72, Block 1, Red Oak Estates No.3 <br />Ramsey County <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding <br />this proposal: <br /> <br />1. Planning Application <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Location Map <br />4. Future Land Use Map <br />5. County Half Section Map <br />6. Wetland Zoning Map <br />7. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public meeting regarding this request on <br />Wednesday, June 5, 2002; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1125.01 of the Mounds View Zoning Code, the <br />Planning Commission is to consider the possible adverse effects of the proposed rezoning and <br />shall make a finding of fact related to its review of the request; and, <br />
