<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 707-02 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT <br />REVIEW FOR A PARKING LOT EXPANSION AND A REZONING FROM <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO HIGHWAY BUSINESS (B-.3) <br />FOR THE LOT ADDRESSED 2404 HIGHWAY 10; MOUNDS VIE\V <br />PLANNING CASES DE02-00S & ZC02-00S <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicants, Tony Jacob and Rob Jacob (the "Jacobs"), owners of Jake's <br />Sports Cafe, have applied for a development review to expand their parking lot onto the adjacent <br />undeveloped lot addressed 2404 County Highway 10 and have additionally requested a rezoning <br />of this same lot from PUD to B-3 to match the zoning of the Jakc's property at 2400 County <br />Highway 10; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The undeveloped parcel, formerly associated with the Theater PUD, is <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1 <br />Allt/wlI)' Properties Additioll <br />Ramse)' COUllt)', ~filllles(}ta <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the following <br />documents regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />1. Planning Application <br />2. Zoning Map <br />3. Location Map <br />4. Site Plan (date stamped 8/14/02) <br />5. Staff Report <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, on July 22,2002 the City Council adopted Resolution 5802 which <br />approved the removal of the subject parcel [rom the Theater Planned Unit Development <br />re-establishing the thirty-foot setback to County Road H2; and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, as a condition of approving Resolution 5802, the Counci I requircd that the <br />Jacobs make application for a devclopment rcvicw for the parking expansion in accordance with <br />Section 1006.06, Subdivision 2 ofthc Mounds Vicw Municipal Code and make application for a <br />rezoning from PUD to B-3; and, <br />
