<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 708-02 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW <br />REQUEST FOR A COMMERCIAL BUILDING AND A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO ALLOW JOINT FACILTIES PARKING FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2214 <br />COUNTY HIGHWAY 10; PLANNING CASE NO. DE02-006. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rob Carlson of Carlson Builders and John Kopas of Abbey Carpet <br />have applied for a development review to construct a 21,918 square foot commercial <br />building at 2214 County Highway 10; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned B-3, Highway Business, and is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Herbst Enterprises <br />Lot 1, Block 1 <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1006,06 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, <br />any new construction or expansion of existing facilities requires the approval of a <br />development review; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1114.02 of the Mounds View Zoning Code, <br />commercial buildings are allowed within B-3 zoning districts; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to Section 1121.15 of the Mounds View Municipal Code, <br />joint facilities parking is allowed as a conditional use; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a. <br />b. <br />c. <br />d. <br />e. <br />f. <br /> <br />Planning Application <br />Site Plan <br />Landscape Plan <br />Interior Floor Plan <br />Elevation Drawings <br />Staff Report <br />
