<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 710-02 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO ALLOW AN AUTO REPAIR FACILITY TO LOCATE IN A B-3, HIGHWAY <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT, AT 2135 PROGRAM A VENUE; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING <br />CASE NO. CU02-001 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The applicant, Jason Studer, has applied for a conditional use permit to locate <br />an auto repair facility in a B-3, Highway Business Zoning District, specifically on the property <br />located at 2135 Program Avenue, which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Programmed Land First Addi lion <br />nLock 2. !,ol 2 <br />Ramsey County. Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Mounds View Zoning Code conditionally allows auto repair in B-3 <br />zoning districts; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents regarding <br />this proposal: <br /> <br />a. Planning Application <br />b. Location Map <br />c. Proposed Site Plan <br />d. Letter from Surrounding Property Owner <br />e. Applicant's Resume <br />f. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the proposal satisfies the <br />conditions outlined in Chapter 1125 of the Zoning Code; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission finds that the request is consistent with <br />the Mounds View Comprehensive Plan in that the Comprehensive Plan designates the subject property <br />as Community Commercial on the Future Land Use Map; and, <br />
