Planning Case No. 266-89, and waive the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried Councilmember Quick questioned whether there would be a park dedication fee. Ms. Hren explained she had reviewed the records and did not find that Tyson Trucking had paid a park dedication fee. The way the ordinance is set up, a fee is required to be paid if a new lot is created. This proposal, however, does not create a new lot. Mr. Pauley reviewed the history of the development of this property. He stated it was possible the original developer paid the fee when the lot was platted. Staff will research the question further. •
