<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 794-05 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO ALLOW FOR TWO ADDITIONAL DWELLING UNITS AT A MULTIFAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL BUILDING LOCATED AT 2071 HILLVIEW ROAD; PLANNING CASE <br />NO. CU2005-004 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roger and Rosemary Dickhausen have applied for a conditional use <br />permit to allow for two additional dwelling units at their multifamily building; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property, located at 2071 Hillview Road, is zoned R-3, <br />Medium Density Residential, and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The West 103 Feet of the East 311 Feet of the South 193 Feet of the Northeast Quarter <br />of the Southeast Quarter (Subject to Road) in Section 5 Township 30 Range 23 <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Code conditionally allows multifamily <br />dwelling structures containing six or less dwelling units in Medium Density Residential <br />districts; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicants are proposing to expand the existing building to six <br />dwelling units, thus necessitating application for a conditional use permit; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a. <br />b. <br />c. <br />d. <br />e. <br />f. <br /> <br />Planning Application <br />Zoning Map <br />Location Map <br />Site Plan <br />Photographic Documentation <br />Staff Report <br />
