Consideration <br />of Conditional <br />City Planner Hren reviewed the request of the Use Permit <br />applicant for a second accessory building on the Request by <br />property, noting the total square footage of the Steve Melby, <br />buildings would be within the allowance of the Code. 8419 Spring <br />Lake Road <br />The Planning Commission has reviewed the request and <br />recommends approval of a conditional use permit for <br />a second accessory building. She explained the <br />building permit for the second accessory building <br />was issued in error by a temporary building <br />inspector. <br />Mayor Hankner noted the Council had discussed this <br />item at their agenda session last week. There were <br />no questions so Mayor Hankner closed the public <br />hearing and reopened the regular meeting at 7:23 PM. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Paone to approve Resolution <br />No. 3035, approving the conditional use permit <br />request by Steve Melby for a second accessory build- <br />ing at 8419 Spring Lake Road, Planning Case No. 290-90, <br />and waive the reading. <br />. 5 ayes 0 nays <br />There were no residents requests or comments from <br />the floor <br />Mayor Hankner asked that Item C be removed from the <br />consent agenda. <br />Mr. Minetor asked that five different licenses be <br />added under Item J. <br />Motion/Second: Paone/Blanchard to approve the <br />consent agenda, minus Item C, and waive the reading <br />of the resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Mayor Hankner read the proclamation declaring <br />public works week the week of May 20. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Wuori to approve the proclama- <br />• tion declaring May 20 as Public Works Week. <br />Motion Carried <br />7.
