Motion/Second: Quick/Wuori to reaffirm Resolution No. 3024 as originally adopted on April. 9, 1990. 4 ayes 1 nay Motion Carried Councilmember Blanchard voted against the motion, stating she did not feel it was in the best interests of the entire City of Mounds View. Mr. Minetor explained the Council had adopted a time- frame of 90 days, and they are already at 125 days due to some difficulties experienced during the traffic study. The Highway Department is putting plans together and going to bids. He noted the Council has spent quite a bit of time on this, and they need to make a decision since plans are being drawn. 1 ~` ' Mayor Hankner stated she had deliberately bought her home on a dead end street, as a method of controlling future traffic problems.
