Resolution 917-09 <br />Page 3 <br />Chapter 1104.01 <br />Subd. 4. <br />Areas: <br />Yard Requirements: <br />Minimum Setbacks for Accessory Buildings, Driveways and Parking <br />a. Accessory Buildings (detached from a principal building): (Ord. 590, 11-25-96) <br />(1) R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5 and-R-9: <br />(a) front: no accessory building shall be located between the front of <br />the principal building and the front lot line. (Ord. 590, 11-25-96) <br />(b) side: five feet (5') except the minimum setback shall be thirty feet <br />(30') from any lot line abutting a public street. (Ord. 590, 11-25-96) <br />(c) rear, including street frontages at the rear of through lots: five feet <br />(5'). (Ord. 590, 11-25-96) <br />c. Parking Areas: <br />(1) R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, �-9: <br />(a) Residential uses: Parking lots and driveways shall be set <br />back five feet (5'). Where a parking area would encroach into <br />an easement, the property owner shall obtain approval for an <br />encroachment permit if required by the appropriate authority <br />prior to construction of the driveway. Lot Dimensions: Lot width and area shall not be less than the following: <br />a. Width <br />(1) R-1 interiorlot <br />(2) R-1 cornerlot, R-2, R-3, R-4,�-9 <br />Subd. 3. Height Limitations: <br />75 feet <br />100 feet <br />b. R-4, �-9 Districts: No building or structure shall have a height greater than three <br />(3) stories. <br />
