Establishment of Districts: The following zoning classifications are hereby <br />established within the City: <br />a. Dimensions: <br />b. Maximum Residential Driveway Widths: (For the purpose of this subsection, <br />the width of a driveway in an R-1, R-2 or R-5 District shall include any parallel- <br />attached parking area): <br />Residential Zoning District Maximum Driveway Width <br />R-1, Single-Family Residential Thirty-five feet (35') or the width of the <br />garage plus an additional twelve feet (12'), <br />whichever is greater. <br />R-2, Zero Lot Line Subdivisions Width of the garage servicing dwelling unit. <br />(Refer to Section 1107.07, subdivision. 3d <br />and 3e of this Title if driveways are <br />combined. . <br />R-2, Single and Two-Family Residential If driveways are separate, width of the <br />garage or twenty feet (20'), whichever is <br />greater: If combined, width of garages or <br />thirty-six feet (36` , whichever is reater. <br />R-3, Medium Density Residential Thirty-two feet (32') <br />R-4, High Density Residential, and <br />R-5, Mobile Home Park Twenty-four feet (24') <br />l <br />
