(1988 Code §40.17) <br />1113.04: CONDIT°I�IVAL U���: The following are condifianal uses in a B-2 Districf <br />(requiring a conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in ar�d regulated by <br />Section 'i 125.01 of this Tifiie}: <br />Subd. 1. Governmental and public utility buildings and s#ruc#ures necessary for the health, <br />safeiy and general welfare of the community; provided, that: <br />a. Con�ormity with the surrounding neighborhood is r�ainfained, and required <br />setbacks and side yard requirements are met. <br />b. Equipme�t is completely enclosed in a perman�nt sfructure wiih no outside <br />storage. <br />c. Adequafe screening from neighboring uses and landscaping is provided in <br />accardance with subdivisions 1103.08(I) fihrough (5) of this Title. <br />d. The provisions of subdivision 1125.01(1)e of this Tiile are considered and ;;�� <br />3 <br />safisfactorily met. � <br />Subd. 2. Commercia! planned unit development as required by Chapfier 1120 of this Tifi1e. <br />Subd. 3. Sofar energy and wind generator systems and solar and wind ger�era#or <br />structures1. (1988 Code §40.17) <br />5ubd. 4. Vefierinary clinics, animal clinics, and animal boarding facilities; provided, that: <br />(Ord. 685, 8�27-01) <br />a. Noise and odor are efFectively confined to the premises in accordance with <br />Ghapter 6 of fihis Municipal Code, Nuisances. <br />b. A mechanica( venfilation or exhaust system shall be installed to cantrol, capfiure <br />and remove emissions or odors generated by such use. Such systems shail be <br />separafie from other ventilation systems in fhe building. Such system shaU be <br />designed to prevent the migratian of emissions or odors to other parts of the building. <br />lnstallation must compiywith Minnesota Building Code Mechanical Systems, Chapfer <br />13452.
