Pet stores; provided, that: <br />a. Noise and odor are effectively canfined to fihe premises in accordance with <br />Chapter 604 of this Municipa! Code, N�isances. <br />b. The boarding of animals is prohibited, except for the purpases of retail sales. <br />c. A mechanical ventilation or exhaust sysiem sha[1 be installed to control, capfiure <br />and remove emissions or odors generated by such use. Such systems sha(1 be <br />separate from the other ventilafiion systems in the building. Such system shall be <br />designed fo prevent the migratior� of �missions or odors to other parts of the building. <br />Insta[lation must comply with the Minnesota State Builcfing Code Mechanical <br />Systems, Chapter 1345.
